A sneak preview
Ben Cockett is one of our chosen artists for The Underground Hour Show. This is a bare-bones, warts and all, single take performance by Ben using just small HD and DSLR cameras, built-in microphone and available light. We streamed it live via the DV camera as part of our ongoing test broadcasts. You don't need smoke and mirrors if the music is good! We do however place quality of recording high on our agenda and have since recorded a 20 minute set with Ben using two box reflector lights and high spotlights, we also mic'd up the Marshall AE50 for perfect sound. Footage is currently in our editing suite but one song should be posted this week.
Low Cost Filming & Promotion
We offer single, two and three camera filming options either at a rehearsal or in one of our South London Locations. Prices start from £80 for a 30 minute single camera shoot. This includes titles, edit and upload to YouTube. (separated into tracks or segments). Add £25 for a second camera. Prices quoted are for small acoustic set-ups,
Gig Filming
For gig filming prices and availability email gigs@gigvert.com please ensure you have permission from the promoter and venue. A couple of weeks notice is needed. You may need to to give us two guest list places, some promoters and venues are twitchy about filming! We use monopods and small HD cameras with a Zoom HN4 recorder for an authentic live sound.
At no extra cost we will include suitable tracks in our UNDERGROUND HOUR SHOW and promote your songs via social media.
The Underground Hour with Asia V
Asia and the team have been busy filming the promo's and pilots for the show including an interview with Ben Cockett and live performances from Ben and a the soulful 'Brave Aim'. We plan to have 'On the sofa with Asia' interviews as a regular feature in the show, so if you want to appear on the show e-mail show@gigvert.com with links to your music.
